I had the exact same thought process. But after watching the video, E actually means that because we know they are both equally important (neither of them has a priority they just have deadlines) so we should do the second one and be on time.

In other words, you should not work on project 1 when it is not urgent and it is equal in priority to project 2. Instead focus on the one you can do on time.

B) responsible-->preventable

P--> C needed: preventable--> responsible

this is another way to see it that helped me!

if "if" took "only" place in C then it would work bc it would read

preventable--> responsible

I would focus on drilling questions during the week and then take a PT on the weekend. I think that more than 2 PTs a week will definitely lead to burn out. I am in the 150s w/ BR in the 160s. I was in your same place a few months ago but once I started to focus on drills and why i got questions wrong (which meant wrong answer journal and taking a day to BR my PT and then another day to watch wrong answer videos) I saw a massive improvement. Also focusing on getting good at conditionals and sufficient and necessary conditions. And when you notice a gap in knowledge, reviewing specific concepts from core curriculum can be helpful. Don't be too hard on yourself, you got this!!

If you are given a weaken question and the stimulus is a causal argument the question stem will state the answer choices are true. So you are taking each answer choice to be true. It does not necessarily mean that every answer choice will be an alternative hypothesis. Some answer choices will be irrelevant or not even do anything to the argument. But if one of the answer choices is an alternative hypothesis and we are taking it to be true (because the question stem said all the answer choices are true) then it would weaken the argument because whatever hypothesis the stimulus gave is no longer supported since we have the true explanation in the answer choices. You were definitely on the right track! If you look at a weakening question example it make things more clear. I hope this made sense!

I thought the same thing too. I think that C is right because Willet is assuming that the argument is the same as the one he heard ten years ago and then five years ago (that protecting the quality of life requires restricting growth). That's all he is taking into account, he isn't taking into account the current argument so that is why he ignores the possibility of new reasons besides the ones that have already been given.

Taking August LSAT and planning to take september

I have been studying on and off for the LSAT since January but have really started studying in May. I am registered for the August LSAT but I want to cancel since I am not close to my goal score. My BR is closer to my goal but I struggle a lot with timing.

However, I didn't know if it would be beneficial to take the test to get a feel for what its like to be in the testing center. I know you can score preview and cancel. But I'm not sure how admissions officers view cancellations. I plan to take again in September and then October if needed. I am applying this cycle and now I feel like I am behind. Any advice or help?

Why was D correct even though it starts with many but answer choice B was eliminated because it said many?

I watched some of the live classes for SA & NA and found it very helpful. I watched Bailey's class and it cleared up how I should approach each question!

I took the main conclusion and said if this is true that any star found that has no lithium is not a brown dwarf then answer choice A must be true that none of the coolest brown dwarfs have even been hot enough to destroy lithium.

If this were not the case for answer choice A then the argument would fall apart because it wouldn't be the case that a star found with no lithium is not a brown dwarf. I hope this helps!

I think that most correct answer choices will work to narrow the analogy gap for strengthen questions or widen the analogy gap for weaken questions
