I understood the mistake in the argument to be a False-Dichotomy. In that the argument is assuming if hunting couldn't be totally responsible for the extinction then the main cause must be something else (The disease) does anyone have a different insight on the flaw? #help

Can someone help me understand why D is incorrect? I still understand that the argument is assuming that there can only be cyclical explanations for the cyclical weather pattern. If we were to negate D wouldn't that drastically harm the argument? #help
