Knowing that the exams from August onward will include a fourth section of either LR, LG, or RC chosen at random, will the 7Sage prep test simulator be updated to reflect a random fourth section? Or would we have to build our own scenarios within the problem sets? At present, it looks like problem sets can only be built for one section type at a time.

B is wrong because it makes assumptions that could contradict the stimulus. If B was written as "Almost all of the books published in the past 150 years will gradually destroy themselves if they are not historically significant."
Since B has to make an assumption to be correct, then it is wrong.
Was confidently totally off-base here. Chose E twice under the rationale that Debbie's argument says that pain protocols are "unnecessary." If pain protocols aren't implemented, then unalleviated pain could occur, which could delay healing, which is inherently bad. So I essentially attacked the conclusion (don't be like me), instead of weakening the support of the argument.
I doubled down on my answer because I overlooked the key part about the patient being able to give consent to pain and D as an irrelevant co-incidence.

Same boat! I spent my time trying to answer "why" instead of looking for an answer that was truly an inference of the passage. Added a note to self not to move beyond the scope of the question stated.
