Congrats! You can finally move into the application process with no worries. Just wondering, how long have you been studying for? And were your PTs consistently above 170 before you took this LSAT?
thank you :) 4 months, I started in Feb (this would have been totally unrealistic without quarantine giving me so much extra study time). My PTs were consistently in the 170-178 range although I had a couple of 169s

Congrats!!!!!
I scored 179 and the highest I ever got on a PT was 175 months ago. Still shocked and can't believe I peaked on test day????
this is AMAZING congratulations!!!

I was also really worried about this when I took the June flex, after reading several negative recaps from people who tested in May. But I think that LSAC worked out a lot of those problems before June, and things will probably be even better in July. I had a great proctor experience during the June flex, and basically didn't even notice my proctor was there aside from my webcam light being on.
I didn't succeed in doing this before my test, but I wish I had because the anxiety isn't worth it - try and remember that the people who had bad experiences are always going to be more vocal about it than those for whom everything was perfectly fine. The main problems that I feel were talked about before were them not allowing scrap paper/proctors being loud and not muting themselves. In my case, my proctor was completely aware that scrap paper was allowed (and I think this was true for most June flex takers), and worst case scenario if your proctor does forget to mute themselves, just turn off your volume. If they need to get your attention for whatever reason and you can't hear them because your volume is off, they can enable remote control of your computer and bring the chat box to the front again.
it's allowed, the powerscore guys called LSAC and confirmed it - https://www.reddit.com/r/LSAT/comments/h13xk9/the_final_word_on_controlf/
also i used it once on the june flex (their blue highlighting thing for RC sucks so it helped to find a word), it was fine
if you have a mac (and maybe on a pc too?) you can kind of pinch and zoom in with your trackpad and get the little test window on lawhub to fill your whole computer screen (after putting the browser in full screen mode). I... assume they will be okay with zooming? I hate how small the test window looks on lawhub compared to the 7sage format so I'm hoping this works out
the side panels on the lawhub interface remain there even if you make your browser full screen, but you can zoom in (if you have a mac) to get the actual testing box to fill your screen if you want
no line numbers, it highlights the term/sentence in blue whenever it's referring to something but it's a little glitchy and doesn't always do it
haha same my PT average is 173 and I think I literally got 150 idk why I feel so weird about it. too nervous, my first try lol

Wireless Mouse
Has anyone used or been told they could not use a wireless mouse (or a regular plug in mouse for that matter)? Thanks for the help.
I used a bluetooth mouse and it was fine. I'd imagine a plug in will be fine too - since you're allowed to use a desktop computer a mouse of any kind should be permitted

Any major differences between Flex and Lawhub PT software?
it's identical, the proctor just gets you to log on to your lawhub account and the flex is just added as another test
I feel like the main difference between 2012 and 2019 is a small change in difficulty in LR questions in PTs 82-89. But this is a bit subjective and could be skewed because I was expecting a change based on others' feedback
I wouldn't worry too much or change which PTs you focus on just because June was an older form. If anything, in my opinion June felt quite similar to the most recent PTs
Prioritize 80-89. 89, 88, 86, 85 are particularly worth doing for some tough games/LR.
I think 88, 86, and 85 are worth taking a look at, I found them on the more difficult end
I'm in the same position and have been considering retaking my 173 from june. For what it's worth in my situation I've decided to just be happy with it and move on, but here are some things that I considered that may help you make a decision - how much more do you want to study/how much time do you have? if you're signed up for july already and you feel like it was just a low fluke bc of LG (reasonable, since your PT avg is quite high) then I'd say go for it. on the other hand, if 173 falls reasonably within your PT range even though your avg was 176, then I'd say it's not that worthwhile to retake (since on a flex test this difference will be just a couple of questions) unless you're planning on studying more and waiting for a later test date. also probably a good idea to weigh all of this against what your gpa is, if that is also at the median for the schools you want I'd say that retaking is even more worth it
nope not too late, just call them - i called today to withdraw my july registration and the person i talked to asked me to confirm that i didn't want to move it to august so it's definitely an option
