@mkravitz96204 the difference between 25% and 33.3% matters about 8.3% to your mark lol. Its as simple as that, based on your comment, what seems to have dropped your score from the high 160's is LG
Just a quick Q— does anyone know if ProctorU stops testakers after every 35min of ea. section? Or do they just give us lump sum 105min-ish in total for us to complete three sections freely?
I recently took the June LSAT-Flex after completing the core curriculum and the majority of the practice tests and scored a 165. While I know this is a relatively good score, I'm disappointed as I was consistently scoring in the high 160s on PTs and even had one PT as high as 177. I was nervous on test day (my first LSAT attempt) but didn't feel myself panicking or freezing on one particular question. I just felt that I was going more slowly than usual, particularly on LG (my worst section), forcing me to rush through the last game with only 3.5 minutes (perhaps I did get stuck on the first game which I found uncharacteristically hard, but not hard enough to warrant skipping, my mistake).
As I start studying for the August exam, I'm wondering if any of you have had similar disappointing experiences on the LSAT and what you've done to re-motivate yourself to hit the books. I was feeling so good about my progress, but it's hard to feel excited or know what to do differently (seeing as my studying SEEMED to be working so well, but didn't end up panning out as I hoped it would on the real thing).
Also curious about how much you all think the different distribution of weight assigned to each section of the LSAT flex worked against someone like me whose worst section is LG. How much does the difference between 25% and 33.3% really matter?

Any major differences between Flex and Lawhub PT software?
it's identical, the proctor just gets you to log on to your lawhub account and the flex is just added as another test
Thank you. I saw in another thread you crushed it. Congrats!

@ciacduan968 I don’t notice large variation between PTs in terms of LR. I do sometimes come away from a PT thinking the RC or LG was extra hard or extra easy, but never really the LR. Sorry I can’t be more helpful! Also thanks!
Congrats @bostonwilliamson815 @savannah544 ! Would you share your experience with LR difficulty comparing to PT 60, 70 and 80?

171! Thanks JY!
CONGRATS!!!!
If you don't mind answering, what was the curve? How many wrong did you get in order to get a 171?
179 thank you JY and thank you this community!!!
171! Thanks JY!

Ah I can't even explain the emotion I have right now from completing the real thing! First of all I just want all of us to be communally celebrating regardless of any difficulties that came up. We completed the real test!
RC was freaking rough, man. I am having so many doubts regarding it that are making me almost want to cancel (I'm too hard-headed to actually do that though, LOL). LR and LG went great which is even more infuriating (why can't I perform well on ALL 3 sections?!?!). its just the RC that left me with genuine puzzlement until the last passage. Would love some encouragement even if it's feigned, good luck everyone and remember you're not alone in the painful 2 week wait for score releases!!
Well let us know your score and how it stacks up with your experience. Best of luck!

Those of you who had LG last... I can't stop thinking about the first game, actually. I had a tough time with it, so much so that I kind of decided to cut and run to the other games, which I thought weren't easy but fine. Anyone else have a similar experience with that first game?
Are you talking about the apt/pets/no pets? If so I'm wondering have you found a practice problem similar to it?

@laurenladino408 woah what? They let you retake that soon!? Is that a real possibility? Because I don't want to wait until August...I feel like I'm going to lose it by then. Who should I email that about?
You can also still sign up for July test by phone and explain to them what happened

So for all of you that have taken the Flex, has anyone done the in-person LSAT? If so, which format would you take if you had the choice? and why?
I've taken both. I thought I would prefer the flex but honestly I preferred in person better. When there is a proctor staring at you the whole time, and 20 other kids taking the test, I felt much more focused. I didn't need to worry about whether someone would come in during my test in my room or whether something else would go wrong on my part during the Flex. I would recommend taking the in person exam

@stavroulakyriazis783, What is Keka?
It's a file retriever application necessary to download the file for them to access your computer.

@laurenladino408 Kane, how'd you get a retake on Friday? What did you write/ask for in your e-mail?

@bostonwilliamson815 That’s what they did for me! I had huge problems with ProctorU on Sunday and I did my re-take Friday. Much better experience the 2nd time around. Now I just have to worry about them reporting the wrong score haha.
@leahfessler8694 You could always email them today that you want to cancel and explain that it’s not letting you! That way they have a record of you saying before the deadline that you intend to cancel

@leahfessler8694 Ooh yes it sounds like they took the option away from you because I can see it. I imagine that they don't want you to cancel if they are investigating.
