a says that more people got injured on the slopes which may be true bc we only know the rate of slope injures per 1000, what if hella more people went skiing, the rate would be the same but more people in total would get hurt, but bc we know the rate went down thanks to the equipment, every individual person had a smaller probability of getting hurt, which is what B says

purebreed dogs have abnormailties

fixing these abnormalities is possible but costly

non purebred dogs don't have these abnormalities

so if you want to reduce the risk of a costly med bill, pick non purebred

A. most genetically determined abnormalities don't affect well being of dog

if the abnormality doesn't affect the wellbeing of dog you don't need to get it fixed, so it would be costly so having purebred dog isn't risky for a med bill

@ I mean sure. at a point its just arguing semantics and preference. the only thing that matters is getting what goes before and after the arrow correct

@ I don't think you should think about "air traveler" as "a" as I suspect you are.

@

"an air travler in Beijing cannot fly to Lhasa without first flying to chengdu"

would translate to: If fly to Lhasa then flew to chengdu first, if a then b

im honestly super confused about how you're representing and writing the phrases

is this what u mean by: a cannot b without c

Molly can't jump if she doesn't have shoes

if Molly jumps then she has shoes

bc if it is you don't need three things just make Jump "A" and shoes "B"

    if A then B

    if /B then /a

@ how long have you been studying for the LSAT? Some cannot mean all, they will never assume that you think some means all, I’ve been studying w that assumption forever and I scored a 170+ in June, I’m fairly certain

I think the best way to realize that the correct answer is E without relying on any outside information is by focusing on the word "some." some, meaning not all, shows that the color convention Is not uniform thereby breaking the rule

    Logic Games Strategy

I’ve been doing some logic games in my head, the level doesn’t really bother me, but in/outs and sequencing are easier to do than grouping, I’ve been doing this out of laziness but also as mental test. Obvi I won’t be doing this on test day and be assured I’m good at splitting/representing rules. And for the most part I get these games perfect, but I’m not really sure how long they take me Bc I don’t time myself, some i finish rather quickly and some take me a while. I think it’s helping my short term memory and making me quicker w forming inferences, what do you guys think about this strategy should I keep going or maybe not?

they all have 2 LR. the prep tests are just past lsat w/o the experimental. past lsats had 2 LR. the lsat in august will have 4 sections, one being experimental but not necessarily will there b 2 LRs

My name is JC and I recently saw your message regarding your accomplishment scoring a 173 on the LSAT! First of all, I wanted to congratulate you! Secondly, I am sure you are know that achieving this score takes more than handwork but having the ability to recognize the patterns on test day. I personally wanted to reach out to you to ask you if possible, if you would be so humbly kind to provide any information whatsoever in how you were able to achieve a 173 on the LSAT. I will be taking the LSAT for the first time this November 13, 2021 and I have been studying since June. Being able to hear from you will not only provide me great insight on being able to score high on the LSAT but provide key distinctions on defeating this test! Once again it would mean the world to me! My email is juanrios441@.com or you can always reach out to me through here!

Hello CONGRATS! I'm stuck in the 150's. What did you do to get out of the score you may have been stuck on for a while (160s)? That is assuming you were scoring below 170's for a bit? I can't seem to increase....

this is a unique mc question in my opinion, the key is to look at the question in the first sentence. the information in answer choice C helps answer the question but itself isn't the main point. the entire argument revolves around the question so it makes sense for the MC to be the answer.

should the gov abandon efforts to determine ...

only if the acceptable level of toxic sub is zero ...

but then in the third sentence we find that there is "toxic concentrations" so it isn't 0 so the gov shouldn't abandon

I am planning on taking in August so I have not taken an LSAT yet so take what I say with a grain of salt. My plan is go to the bathroom if needed, get some water or something comforting, then start going through my game plan and visualizing what the rest of the test is gonna look like. The only thing I'd personally say to avoid is thinking about the previous sections, in particular what you could have done better. The only way I'd say to think about the previous sections would be if you think you nailed them but even then don't think about the specifics just use that confidence to power through and finish strong.

idk if they'll let u leave the room
