To prep for the August 2021 LSAT, I have been taking the 4 section PTs. Does each PT on the 7sage website have 2 sections of LR or does it rotate? Thanks!

There definitely could be (33% chance), but only one of them would be scored- the experimental section never affects your score.

they all have 2 LR. the prep tests are just past lsat w/o the experimental. past lsats had 2 LR. the lsat in august will have 4 sections, one being experimental but not necessarily will there b 2 LRs
