I have been missing significantly more LR questions after taking PTs in the 80s and I'm not sure why. Does anyone have any advice for improving on these questions? I really am not sure why I keep missing so many LR so suddenly.

#help Can anyone better explain why E is not correct? Could it be because the AC describes ignoble characters rather than protagonists?
#help I genuinely don't understand how C strengthens. C says the number of medium and large tornadoes "reported" has remained constant since the 1950s. Is this not a direct contradiction of the first premise? If it is not, that means that reports of small tornadoes has increased to compensate for the new rate of reporting, and then we'd have to assume that the new reporting techniques only applied to small tornadoes. Wouldn't it be more likely that the number of small tornadoes actually increased?
#help can anyone explain why D is correct when the stimulus explicitly states that the aristocrats are motivated purely by snobbery? Wouldn't D then be excluded: You can't also be motivated by legitimate evidence if you are motivated purely by snobbery? Is it because this describes the flaw between the support and the conclusion: that just because there may be some snobbery does not mean they are motivated purely by it, and the author's conclusion is too strong?
Can someone explain how answer choice C is not refuting the truth of the conclusion? #help
