Does anybody know why Q19 is necessary assumption ?
I thought it was sufficient assumption...!
Q19
The argument makes which one of the following assumptions?
Regarding Q2,
Denis - states that the women memoirists of this period defined themselves "in relationship to their sex"-.
Doesn't this mean that the women memoristis' denifition of themselves?
Not by a scholar Denis.

The key point to this problem is
1) Don't think about 'in constant dollars' phrase. Since it is mentioned in premise and conclusion too, we don't have to think about it. It just means, the real value is same.
2) Just think about a situation like this. There are two products that have same price. 90% of products were discounted and 10% were full price. And, the other product 50 % of them were discounted and 50% of them were full price. Then we can say people pay less for the first product.
3) But, the problem is we never discussed how much discount was applied to both of products. The amount of discount can wreck the argument. So, we need to mention before the argument that the amount of discount was also same.
As in the passage, then we can confirm that today people pay less for the ticket.
Thank you so much! I still need time to think this lawgic. A month later, I may understand this thoroughly.

How do we infer that ants in Sahara desert don't use pheromones? I understand E is not correct answer but I think C needs more explanation...
Now I can see where I confused. You are right. Alcohol replace nonalcoholic is the key term to understand group 2. Thanks a million for explaining in such details!

I still don't understand how I can calculate the group 2.
Another group of similar subjects had alcohol replace nonalcoholic sources of 25 percent of their normal daily caloric intake.
In this sentence,
Another group of similar subjects (subject)
had (predicate/verb)
replace is predicate/verb, too?
nonalcoholic sources refers 2,000 (in the group 1)?
So, nonalcoholic sources = normal daily caloric intake?

I thought Most Strongly Supported question type doesn't have an obvious/clear conclusion in the passage. This seems like a Main Point question. What's the difference between Main Point and Most Strongly Supported question? It is more confusing after I watched the videos.
When I saw this question in the first place, I didn't think about the lawgic. Instead, I only focused on the gap between many parents will be inconvenienced by the proposed tax reduction and thereby, tax reduction won't be adopted. From this point, I chose the answer choice D.
Only the answer choice D allows to draw the conclusion(tax reduction won't be adopted) properly. When I tried to use the lawgic for this question, my head started spinning. I think the key to this question is how to fill the gap between the premise and conclusion.
Maybe the right lawgic that JY intended to write was I instead of /I because that's what the end of passage said. And, D includes I and /A
