So, since Homosexuality is not classified as an immutable trait, Homosexuality does not qualify as suspect class.

The bag of chips I had in my room is missing. My roommate, who had previously stated that he is hungry, now claims to be full. The chip bag was found in the trash can closest to his room. My hypothesis is that my roommate ate the chips.
