Does anyone have a method for knowing when it is and is not appropriate to accept an answer that doesn't use the same language as the stimulus? I never know when synonyms are acceptable

I thought it was E since it's similar to the right answer for Q16, which also asks what author A would most agree with...

I understand that the author didn't explicitly state they wanted the legal process to change. I guess answers with key words that are explicitly stated in the text take precedence over answers mostly hinted at by the text. I couldn't understand what A was actually saying so I didn't choose it

My head hurts... I don't think I'll ever fully understand this test

Sadly, I still don't understand how to distinguish sufficient from necessary conditions. In the abstract, I understand them when I use symbolic logic, but in practice they don't make sense.
