I was totally convinced A was a trap answer and they actually wanted me to pick E. SMH i am overthinking this damn test now
i hateeeeeee when they make you go hunting like "second-to-last sentence of the third paragraph the passage" or, "fifth sentence of the second paragraph" like bitch HIGHLIGHT IT FOR ME!!!
@Chris_M man why have i never thought of using text search on these questions, thats genius time saving/trap avoiding
I thought a tomb could potentially be a temple and vis versa, so the wording was vague in that aspect bc they arent necessarily two different things with the imprecise definition of tombs and temples... just me?
@KingBby agreed, the "increase" didn't seem NECESSARY, because keeping your job bc you got healed isn't an increase in employment, so it's possible that there would not be an increase bc people who were healed just kept their jobs. That being said, I suppose process of elimination of the other answers being more wrong could have forced me to still pick this. but dang!
@jihyunmeganlee738 i agreeeeee bc what if you give it plant food like the packets at the store? nothing from the stim says giving it nutrients couldnt inhibit the substance released and then not wilt this way
I was looking for the new phrase in the conclusion of "vast historical forces" which led me to C, bc i didnt think the concept pf "improving society" was new, it seemed the same as having an effect on society. i can see it now, but dang that's trickaayy!
italics description at the beginning before the passages start says first is by Ricks, I usually skip this but definitely makes a difference on this one, on BR helped
feel personally attacked my the stimulus since my two main issues with the LSAT are concentration and speed reading lmaoooo
@14969 agreed, for these I always have to interpret some other way that helps it click. For me, perhaps silly, but I changed it to most people who are blonde are swedish, but most people who are swedish are not blonde. then i was like oh yeah bc theres theres lots of swedish people who aren't blonde bc theres probs lots more of them!
I just dont think that on test day I'd be able to overcome the temptation to choose E over A :(
@Di’mond stim says the disease is difficult to detect in its early stages, so not unreasonable to say that its rather asymptomatic
its funny when the answer choice that is "correct" is one I could easily imagine JY shitting on in a video
How do you guys decide when to think about these in formal logic vs not? i wasted so much time diagramming and then see that the analysis just states it in common sentence form like "unfavorable consequence"
I was between A and C and chose C because it was slightly weaker. A was too strong to be necessary.
It's so sneaky that Umit doesn't even mention the words urban or cities in his argument

@meganday2121867 based off the sentence 7sage highlighted as "supported", it does seem like that they're saying its the same "from one ballad to another", not within one corrido
