💪 Motivated

RC advice?

For whatever reason, RC is just not clicking for me.

My LR is very strong but it just has not translated to RC, im stuck at a -10 consistently and I would love some tips or strategies that you guys use to score better.

Also, for whatever reason I rarely review wrong answers for reading comp lol, I feel this might be the reason why I am not improving. It just feels like the reason I got an answer wrong was a lack of comprehension rather than reasoning, so that's why I feel that reviewing it is a waste of time.

🙃 Confused

Am I coping?

IDK if it's just me but the preptests 150 and more recently seem much harder compared to the older preptests like 120 and 130. I was consistently getting -4 on LR on the older PTs and now im averaging around -8 (PT150+).

The most recent section (152.S1) I took I got a -7 and even some of the lower diff questions really picked my brain and took me much longer to solve.

I'm assuming that this is just bc the newer PTs are more diff but at the same time, that are probably more reflective of the LSAT I will be taking in October.

Misunderstood the answer so hard I got it right. When stated "difficult to detect", I thought it meant that they'd have a harder time finding the nest once leaving lmao.

New change to LSAT testing interface!

Students will now have to manually type out each answer choice before being allowed to move on to the next question!

I hate misreading an answer choice, chose D because I thought "others" meant other people, not other duties. Smh, I need to slow down

😖 Frustrated

How do you even study for the LSAT?

I plan to take the LSAT this September for the 2027 cycle. I started with a 138 diagnostics score about three weeks ago and i'm around a 145-150 right now. However, every time I sit down to study, I have no idea If i'm being effective with my time.

I will start drilling untimed for about thirty minutes to warm up, then move to a timed section where I review the answers I got wrong. This goes on for about two to three hours until I realize my brain is fried and i'm just reading words and not comprehending anything.

I was just wondering if anyone had any ideas to help make my time studying more efficient. Any advice is appreciated, Thanks (:
