You get scratch paper while taking the LSAT so I used that when I took it in August! Not as ideal as writing on the passage

This is a dumb question, but if we skip a question and don't have time to go back and do it thoroughly, should we fill in a random bubble just to have an answer in there? or leave it blank completely?

I don't understand question 12 or 15, why it is not monday class -> danger of failing->tutor (Q12) and emotionally connect -> succeed (Q15)
