Pretty much what bigchungus69420 was saying use it as review where you feel you need it and keep plugging through at a rate youre comfortable with.

For me what helped was allowing myself to get a question wrong, with these practice questions you can have two goes at a question once under time and once as the blind review. Instead of doing a full poe during the timed section pick the option you figure is the most correct option then in your blind review do the in-depth poe.

Little bit late of a reply but if you still need it, you should take as much time as you need to go through each answer choice until you can be 100% certain the ones you didn't pick are wrong and the one you pick is 100% correct. This process can lead to you changing your answer and if you do make note of the reasonings for why you changed and why you chose your initial option during the timed section.
