@tar I like to skim through them, especially the parts when he covers an answer choice i might have been considering...also sometimes his different approach is easier so i use that for future questions

does anyone else feel like the time expectations are unrealistic? i feel like i have to skim the stim and the questions rather than properly read them if i want to meet the time restraints...this question was super easy and once i read the right answer i chose it barely glancing at the other options and still was 11 seconds over...anyone else feeling like this?

I'm confused about the "and" between both necessary conditions. I thought if it was AND instead of OR that means both apply? As in, if both occur then the department would not be funded
