@ @ how would we be able to see those? They seem to be undisclosed and not available from what I’ve found. Not on 7sage PT page either

@ yeah. Good thing I didn’t burn all of my LSAT books after they went digital. Still pissed about it being on a Sunday. Sent complaint to LSAC.

@ this is ridiculous I just received this email too. They accommodate sabbath observers but failed to take into consideration people who observe the “sabbath” on Sunday.

I’ve used LSATMax before. Mehran is good, and there’s not much shade to throw on that program because it has a solid curriculum,

but I’ll say that I only wish I found 7sage from the beginning.

Upgrade to the 7sage Ultimate+ and you’ll see that no other program offers what 7sage does.

I would strongly strongly urge you to go 7sage rather than with anything else.

when are you thinking of applying to law schools? If applying this cycle, The rolling admissions should be factored into your decision as well. If I were you I’d just apply this cycle with this score.

Spending an extra year out of school is not fun.

@ bringing your own pen is prohibited by LSAC. The LSAC pen is trash. If you are used to using a good pencil, the pen may frustrate you some.

The best pencil you can get IMO are palomino blackwing pencils. Pricey but glides like butter.

@ the only thing the digital exam will let you do is highlight or underline.

@-1 you can write with whichever LSAC approved writing utensil you choose in the scratch paper

Yeah they won’t let you bring your own stylus.

Side note:

The pen they give you is not great. Many pencils write faster than the LSAC pen.

Palomino Blackwing pencils are the best you can get IMO.

The tablet is a Microsoft surface go, which is ridiculously small.

Check your local Best Buy to get a feel for what you will be up against.

I don’t know why they did not decide to use iPads.

If you practice 7sage PTs on a tablet in fixed layout, you’ll have no problem adjusting in the actual exam.

You can collapse answers.

The stylus pen is trash. The friction it generates against the screen slows you down. Just use your finger.

I initially chose D, but later in BR I was able to see that D is not what we are looking for.

Let’s say a songwriter takes samples of downloaded music and makes his own music.

A total rip off artist. (like Portugal The Man ripping off the Marvelettes)

He can have a huge folder of “new creations” that he doesn’t post to the internet.

Maybe he plays them live or listens to them for personal pleasure.

But if he doesn’t post it to the internet, he falls under the 99% mentioned in the editor’s premise.

The author doesn’t presume that all people who rip off other’s music always post them on the internet. (That is what D is accusing the editor of)

the only thing the author is concerned about is “music on the internet”

Be wary of class rank. I would say it is wiser to graduate with better grades specializing in one field than “managing to get by” doing both.

1L is hard enough as it is.

Hi friend,

Switching writing utensils and also erasing will waste lots of valuable time.

You also may be erasing potential answer choices to CBT questions if you choose to erase and not set up separate game boards.

The LSAC explicitly prohibits ink pens in the LSAT candidate agreement.

https://www.lsac.org/about/lsac-policies/lsat-candidate-agreement

Personal opinion:

I personally found that the pen LSAC gives you writes slower than most of my pencils.

You’ll get a seat. No need to worry about that.

Perhaps you can Uber outside your city and take the bus from there.

But since all options will be unfamiliar to you I would highly recommend getting there the day before and staying in a hotel near your testing center.

They do not give you additional scrap paper notebooks.

You are given one and expected to do all work with the pages given.

A park bench with desk under a shade in a nice neighborhood with low foot traffic does wonders for me when I’ve grown tired of my study spots.
