Setting aside the wrong answer choices, is the fact that answer choice A specifies "unlike all other large cat species" enough to choose it since cheetahs are described as "anomalies"?

3.96 vs 4.0

Straight up, does the .04 matter? Didn't think ITAL 101 would be the class to kill perfection, but here we are. I plan on applying to a T14 law school. I am reaching for HYS, but if a fall short, I would be perfectly content. That said, would a small difference in GPA carry significant sway at a school like Harvard or Yale that likely see many 4.0 applicants? If my LSAT score is around their 25th percentile, would falling short of the golden "4.0" actually have any significance in their admittance decision (ceteris paribus)?

Not pulling my hair out over the issue, but I am curious about the implication small differences in GPA make in law school admissions.

PSA Help/Tips

I have been struggling with PSA questions. I am averaging -3 on LR section and most of the time the questions I get wrong have been PSA. So far, I've been through the PSA lessons provided by 7Sage and have seen some improvement, but it still seems like something just isn't clicking. Its hard to pin-point what I'm doing wrong in terms of approach and would really appreciate any insight on others' approaches.

#help I chose D, perhaps I'm over-analyzing it, but my thought process was that "new customers" means new customers who just "chose a bank" (as stated in answer choice D). Given this, there is no need to offer any special services as they "tend to remain loyal to that bank" either way. B was my second guess, but I felt that there was an alternate scenario where no services had to be offered at all.

Full ride to T20–Thank you 7Sage

I suspect this might read like an advertisement, but I’m not ashamed. I just got a full ride to a T20 law school, something that is huge given my background. After a cycle of waitlists and rejections across the board, I decided to retake the LSAT with a focus on following the 7Sage core curriculum; I got a 9 point increase. The resources provided everything I needed to feel confident going into the retake (I could practically hear JY’s voice in my head—lol).

Trust the process, it’ll pay off!

I had LR - LG - RC. Overall, I am not too happy with my performance, but that is mostly a result of having to guess on roughly 3 questions, timing became an unexpected issue for RC. The number of questions per passage on the RC was unlike most PTs I have taken. Also, I had a very weird sense of "that seemed too obvious" on more than a few LR questions, I'm hoping I didn't look over any inferences and chose trap answers. For LG, I had 14 minutes to spare for the last game. I felt like I had a perfect score on the first 3, but I wouldn't be surprised if I got -2 or -3 as a result of the last one, even with the substantial time I had.

In terms of advise, I would work on eliminating that sense of "doubt". Trust your preparation and don't spend unnecessary time trying to check if you are positive on an answer choice unless you have ample time to do so. Spending too long an one problem in the early part of a section will come back to bite you when you are faced with multiple challenging problems later in the test that require you to make inferences or read long answer choices.
