I got all three questions correct but I went over the recommended time for all of them.

@ShahinAmosLaw It isn't an argument because it doesn't say that a well-stocked place is required for it to be considered intellectual. Rather it is simply making a statement which is not necessarily relevant to all libraries and bookstores being considered intellectual places.
