Can someone help I dont understand why Krall couldn't have been an employee already but Delacruz was just the better choice?

When I read wrong answers now I always hear his voice in my head going "ummm okay..?"

Someone help my brain is still not understanding this one. How is it A when it says "almost all people" and shouldn't that be more than 50%? But how can it be if 52% see him as good or excellent ? We only have 48% left and that can't be "almost all"? Ugh so confused

Should we actually be writing these down? Like our low res summaries? Or just keeping them in our head?

So if you have a "most" question you can eliminate all "some" answers? And vice versa?
