How can I create a low res summary when the LSAT is on the computer now?

I thought negation meant switching the SC and the NC and then negating them. So how is the negation of explanation of basics → explanation of hot vs. cold

A is right because it bars Penn from recieving the award. If Penn isnt elgibible, he cant get the award point, blank period.

B is wrong because its doesnt guarantee Penn is barred from getting the award. It still leaves room for interpretation and we dont want that for SA questions. We want to guarantee Penn aint getting that award!

I have a question! Can contrapositives be correct answers for these types of questions?
