For applicants who are reapplying after being waitlisted with an LSAT below the median, then have meaningfully improved their LSAT score but haven’t had enough time to accumulate new experiences, how should they approach their essays? If the previous application already gave a strong and authentic picture of who they are and their experiences, how much should they change the essays versus building on the same story and showing growth since the last application?

For applicants with experiences spanning academic research, public service, and advocacy, what helps an admissions committee see a coherent trajectory without requiring the applicant to force every experience into a single “why law” narrative?
