I eliminated D because of the stimulus saying it had not been tried in every "feasible condition," which I assumed is the same idea as "to the extent current science allows." and then leaned on AC A as a crutch lol (also not understanding that it did not mean SL → falsified). Anybody have tips for how to distinguish ideas like these? #help

The question is asking for you to make "no ski resort owners are lawyers," a valid argument. Technically, all lawyers being cattle ranchers does not invalidate that some lawyers are cattle ranchers (since all includes some). You just change the relationship because it's the only way to pull out the desired conclusion.
