Can someone let me know if my train of thought is valid? I feel like I'm not fully grasping this and maybe why this reasoning makes sense to me

I translated question #3 to 3+ -> /class. I thought that having class be cancelled equals no class, hence /class. So when I negate this it becomes 3+ and Class (double negation on class, becomes positive). Translated it to 'If 3+ inches of snow falls then there can still be class'. I understand why just doing 'cancelled class' works for translation, but in my mind the way I did it feels easier to understand? Does it matter that I did it this way? pls help me wrap my head around this
