I made the same mistake too, but I think that the key is that because we have no idea what toddlers see as acceptable or not, we can't conclude C. We know from the argument that toddlers are not malicious when they bite people. Why? Because they bite people in order to get the toy they want, ie, solving their problem. That's what A states. With C, we would have to assume a lot more.

The mere fact that dealers have enough Zenith cars in stock does not directly mean that people who test drive are already likely to purchase. It might imply that but if an answer forces you to assume more than what it states, then it's usually not a good enough answer. Hope that helps.
