Totally unrelated, but does anyone know if gum is also allowed for the flex? I get why some proctors would be against it for the in person test (prevent distractions for other test takers) but during the flex I would assume it wouldn't be an issue?

Keep it short and factual, just like all other addenda. Try to keep it to one paragraph. Good luck!

Thank you so much, I appreciate the info more than you know!

Speaking as a former admissions officer, you can explain a gap in your resume by including an Employment Gap Addendum in your application. It provides context and helps the admissions committee interpret what they are seeing in your resume and application.

Out of curiosity, about how long do you think an employment gap addendum needs to be? Especially because of the pandemic I'm sure most schools will be seeing a lot of these addendum so I just want to avoid writing anything too redundant.

Hey everyone! I'm finishing up my resume right now and just wondering if I should mention the pandemic as the reason for my unemployment? Post-graduation I tried to find full time work during a gap year to study for the LSAT, but the pandemic cut that search short and I instead remained unemployed while studying for the test instead. Opinions?

I'm starting to understand how these questions use wording to bait us. Most of the time when I get a question like this wrong, JY's explanation seems obvious after the fact. Just need to read these more carefully!

Does anyone know when we will find out if the October LSAT will be normal or Flex? Although LR is my best section, I'd be really happy to be able to command+F during RC, which the Flex allows.

Hi there,

What do you mean by command+F during RC? Is there something different about this section layout?

Thank you

They are talking about using the command+F function of your computer to look up individual words in the passage. If you press your command key and F key at the same time it brings up a little search bar where you can type in words which will then be highlighted in the passage that you're on.

Confirm action

Are you sure?
