I had to send transcripts from Japan, the UK, and Hong Kong and it took some convincing with some of them but they agreed to send directly to LSAC. I don't think LSAC will accept anything that didn't come directly from the institution, the international qualifications report includes scans of the envelope showing it came directly from the institution.

Happened to me in October. It closed out in the middle of RC saying I had no internet connection, but I could still message the proctor. Proctor got me set up again, but he made some mistake so it kept switching between windows mid-RC again. Needless to say it messed me up so I filed a complaint they cancelled my score and gave a coupon to retake.

@ how early did you complain?

Sorry this is months late, but I complained immediately, called LSAC directly right after the exam. They initially said I could take it the next day during re-take session and then changed their mind and said I had to file formal complaint which if accepted would cancel my score and give me a voucher for re-take, which is what happened for me.

Shitty experience. My 3rd take. The proctor booted me out of the test in the middle of my reading comprehension section as they claimed my video feed was off. The green light next to my built-in camera was on the whole time. Doesn't make sense to me. Anyhow, thanks to this I was out of the test for 3-4 minutes while they reestablished the feed. Wonderful way to ruin my retention of the passage I was working on. Will be filling out a complaint form but don't know if I'll have any luck getting a retake. Thoughts from anyone with experience requesting a retake would be much appreciated.

This happened to me in October, ProctorU claimed my internet went out even though I could still speak to the proctor and it threw me out of RC mid-passage. I filed a complaint and it was accepted but it took them a long time to get back to me. Score was cancelled and they gave me a voucher to retake.

I just took the test today as LR-LG-RC. RC and LR felt relatively easy, especially the RC, which is usually my weakest section, but I had more than 10 minutes left on the clock in that section and the subject matters were quite easy to follow (comparative passage on sunken ships, environmentalists argument on export and other two). BUT, somehow couldn't get in the right mindset for the LG for the first two games and almost ran out of time :( Here's to hoping that my performance on the other two sections overcompensated for the bad LG section.

I had this same test today and felt the same about LG, I was unusually bad on this one but thought RC was easier than usual, the last passage especially.
