I also chose E- but I think that leaves us making too many assumptions. I may have thought this was a subjective way to choose the parts of the cases, but the author never said that. He just described Marshall's thought process.

Is it safe to completely rule out A.C's that are explicitly stated in the passage?

I felt like E was just way too specific given the type of answers we have chosen throughout this entire lesson. It makes sense after the review, but how am i supposed to pick it out of all of the answers when im looking for a generalized response?

If im getting the correct answers, is it harmful to watch the video? Im afraid over-explanation is going to further confuse my instinct. Any advice?
