I eliminated A, C, and D really quickly/easily, but then couldn't remember support for either B or for E. The fact that E is supported by a single, unassuming line of text is mildly infuriating. I'll take that, though; I guess I need to read more carefully-er.

B is almost at odds with E.

I chose E because I thought Ok, the argument is saying that the lens resolution doesn't matter because it's bottlenecked by the quality of the the film. B is right because it takes this a step further and says "Well, actually, lens resolution doesn't matter because even if your resolution is the worst of the worst (which is presumed to be some level of good, per context/OPA), it won't make your image quality worse than whatever your film can produce." It verifies that film quality is, in fact, the bottleneck, and removes the possibility of E being the correct answer.

IDK if my brain just turned off for this PT, but this is the 3rd Q in which i misidentified the MP/conclusion.

My LSAT is on Friday lmfao. #FML

I couldn't identify the conclusion for some reason. Sort of just guessed A bc in the absense of being able to identify the conclusion I couldn't find a reworking of that conclusion in the answer choices. It's so obvious after watching the explanation.

Someone said they missed the distinction between volunteers and paying people and I did, too, TBH. I just figured they meant paid volunteers, which is a thing, but that's an assumption not supported by the stimulus and I guess a trap that the LSAT writers for this Q were betting on.

So, why isn't it [E]? E is just generally irrelevent?

I chose [E] because my brain was thinking "well, maybe there's a world in which the farmers are building terraces in this county, but it's not in the farmland, and thus not for the purpose of preventing erosion," and I figured that eliminating/negating this is necessary for the "incomplete" argument to become complete.

I guess [B] does this more explicitly and straight-forwardly; is this the point of [E], to confuse overthinkers like myself? #help

I'm so disappointed in myself for getting this one wrong.

#help I got the "logic right" but I chose D over B. Any guidance on how to make myself not do that lol.

Like I immediately understood that the role it's playing is to support a thing that's supporting the main conclusion, I just thought that D fit this better than B did. How can I not make that mistake in the future?

I'm reviewing now and I have absolutely no idea how I chose C in my timed run lol.

BR and review are ESSENTIAL, folks!

I got this wrong because I understood (D) to draw a bridge between life insurance policy holders and regular people, that the smaller subset is in fact representative of the greater population.

E makes more sense though, and I thought about it for a second before disregarding it.

I guess I should have stuck to Oogway's proverb in Kung Fu Panda"One often meets his destiny on the road he takes to avoid it."

I chose conspiracy but that's only because I'm a 0L.

When I have my JD, it's over for these practice Bar exam questions, no cap.

A was worded in a really confusing way and is the only reason I didn't pick it.

Damn LSAC...

The only reason I didn't immediately choose the correct AC is because I thought it was at odds with a given premise and JY warned us not to attack the premises/conclusions and to instead worry about the relationships of them.

I chose D instead of A because I conflated "everyone knows" with "possibility". I didn't take into account that just because someone knows something does not mean that they won't do something contrary to it, aka something unreasonable.

I definitely conflated unfamiliarity with distinctiveness and then changed my answer from C to E.

Can we get an F in the chat?

I also made this error; I think we jumped the gun.

Permits have little to do with subsidies or bonds, in the more contextual sense, so that was another indicator why A is a wrong AC.
