What if you score lower on the retake?

Im wondering if its worth it to retake for December being that their is a possibility of getting a lower score. I received a 160 for the October exam and was hoping to get a 163. My target school is Fordham and I could not find anything on their website on whether they take the highest score or they average them out.

Are schools now mostly taking the highest score or are they averaging them? I now the policy used to be different in the past. Also if you take it in December then the schools wont look at your application until they have your score correct?

If anyone has some knowledge pleasee let me know best of luck to everyone in the application process!

@ I've always figured Hispanic-Americans automatically received URM status since we represent roughly 4-5% of the law school student population but approximately 16% of U.S. population.

Some sources i have recently read now say that most schools will classify you as URM only if you are either Mexican, PR, or AA. This is because official census data tracks these groups and not how many Peruvian-Americans or Colombian-Americans are in the United States for example. So exactly which one is it??

My parents are from Peru, so I'm curious to see what my target schools could be if I fall under URM. If you could let me know any sources where I could find this info that would be great thanks.

Is frequency the only assumption in this question? or could the answers have taken a different route. Is there also an assumption in the argument regarding forecasting rain and reliability? I'm just wondering if there is more than one assumption on this quetion, in case you encounter a similar strengthen question.

Could someone explain more of "a premise being a restatement of the conclusion" what would be an example of this? I dont think I have seen this in any stimulus.
