Didn't choose AC C because of the word "significant." In the stem it simply says "result in improved." I figured that the negation of AC C does not "wreck" the argument... because even if traffic around the city were already so congested "significant" improvement was impossible - slight improvement could still be an option?

I read AC "B" - "distancing themselves" - more along the lines of "a means of standing apart" from other people... in other words, a "fashion statement." I took this to be a possible 3rd cause...

I have the same question… taking me forever to get through the material ):
For Question 11, I was looking at the very specific - word - cognition... NOT the - phrase - "cognition in its narrowest sense." Cognition I would define was "human thought that encompasses all emotion and experience." I thought that the phrase "in its narrowest sense" was modifying my above definition of cognition (human thought that encompasses all emotion in experience) to a level more of "logical thinking uninfluenced by passion." I guess what I am saying is I didn't think I was assessing (cognition in its narrowest sense) but rather just the word "cognition" alone.
