something about "misguided" didn't sit well with me. that's why I picked D.

Unfortunately, I fear this question could be difficult to answer under the clock. B and D are very close.

9/14 then 12/14 on BR. These are tough.

C is incorrect. Does not involve divulging information about one's client before the opposition does. In fact, it is responding to the opposition - so not stealing thunder.

@heewonjkim good choice. i think when starting and getting used to the question, you want to focus on accuracy.

whole to part reasoning is flawed.

stimulus:

premises: the collection (whole) is the most valuable ever assembled

conclusion: (parts) cannot afford any of the works

looking for the answer that has the same premises to conclusion, whole to parts logic.

Premises to conclusion.

Picked D first. Incorrect. It goes parts (members are old) to whole (company is old).

Picked E on BR: Incorrect. It also goes parts (atoms) to whole (molecule).

C, correct. It goes whole (paragraph) to parts (each sentence).

7Sage why you keep changing the layout of the questions? I can't find how to submit the question and my timing is going up :(

Important to note the family's average income may have decreased OR it may have remained the same. I always forget it may have remained the same.

C - the explanation says it is not an assumption because assumptions are implicit. Can we say that if the assumption is explicitly stated, it becomes a premises, correct?

Can we encounter formal (conditional or quantifier) logic on RRE, MSS and PAI questions? Formal logic in MBT questions are my hardest area.

My eyes went A, E. I selected E without even looking at D. Then after reading D in BR, I was like oh obviously this is the better answer...so do you advise reading all the answer choices for these SWE questions?

I answered incorrectly. For some reason I thought A was trying to say the shark's teeth were made of cartilage...

note to self for learning. CF and R are public places. Most WD feature artwork. Over stepping when we think the CFs are WD featuring artwork. they could be a subset of the WD places that do not feature artwork. The "most" implies this. It is not all.
