Yes, "The only" is group 1 logical indicator. Where "The" precedes "only". Anytime you see "The" before "only", make sure you follow Group 1 rules. Anything else besides "The" make sure you apply group 2 rules.

I think it was a typo, the logical indicator for that is "Without" Group 3
