Can anyone point to the section where we learn why "the only" is a sufficient condition indicator while "only" is necessary condition indicator? I'm confused by the difference
Hi! My understanding and experience so far is that when solving some logical reasoning questions, getting the correct answer depends on you understanding the contrapositive of the passage. Also, understanding the difference between stating the opposite claim versus the contrapositive avoids a lot of assumptions that the LSAT takes adavantage of.
I get it feels tedious, but in my opinion writing out the contrapositive has been helpful in learning how to think while taking the LSAT
For folks who have taken the exam before or have used other textbooks/LSAT study tools - why do you think this focus on grammar is important? I'm sure there's a bigger picture but I keep wanting to move on to the LR and RC material.
You just know the LSAT writers felt like real menaces when they wrote this paragraph
