Hiii comrades! Wondering if anyone wants to collaborate on editing/proofing personal statements. I am currently in the process of drafting mine, and am thinking how helpful it would be to be able to share it with a few people and get feedback as I go. In my mind I am picturing a sort of book club, where maybe each week we rotate "partners". With your partner of the week, you would share a google doc version of your draft so far, and according to preference, either just make comments/edits on the doc, or even do like a FaceTime/zoom session where you could discuss as you read each others/brainstormed etc. If you're interested, lob a comment, and ill start figuring out a way to organize us with a google drive or something similar (:

they don't really stipulate what you do with the paper, so im sure you could, but might not help you that much if you think about it, because often its helpful to have a record of the game boards created/used in previous questions, so if you have an impermanent model that you continue to adjust, you might lose/forget the inferences you made along the way ( just in my opinion though, obvi whatever works for you is best practice!! )
I am still waiting for my November lsat score, but judging from just my PTs, I've jumped 10+ in about 3 months. I did put a lot of consistent time in, and really utilized taking PTs to be able to see what question types I needed to work on. As I saw which question types were either improving or not, I went back to the core coursework/syllabus section and really put intentional time into breaking them down, keeping a wrong answer journal to really make myself consider where I was going wrong rather than assuming I read the question too fast etc, and would pin all the questions I got wrong. That way as I practiced, I could quiz myself on a bank of questions I struggled with until I could really grasp where I had went wrong and prevent myself from making the same mistake. I did a lot of work on 1-3 star of the specific question types during this, and as I got stronger incorporated higher levels of the challenging questions until I could do drills of 10-15 of that question type, 4-5 star questions and get them all correct under timed conditions etc.
Overall, trust the process, return to the basics when you notice you're struggling in a specific area, and for me, it gave me a lot of confidence on test day knowing I was drilling 5 star questions mostly--- it made the test sections seem so much more feasible!
Good luck!!!
I just got granted testing accommodations/ LSAC provided me with a letter— I am wondering if there is another step I am suppose to take (I'll be taking it in person in April)? Like do I just show up to the center with the letter, and they'll accommodate accordingly, or do I need to contact them ahead of time? I want to make sure that I have done everything for them to honor it/not sure what the next step is
Has anyone else gotten an email about signing up for a testing time for the April test yet? I saw sign ups are suppose to start today, but I haven't gotten any emails yet, and last time I'm pretty sure I got an email about it in advance

what pt/section/question number?
what's the pt/section/question number? you can tell based on if its a 5 star question/ you can view what percentile ppl scored in based on how they answered that question
Where can we submit questions?

When I got my accommodations approved for extra time and a few other things it said I had to take the test remotely. When I chose the day and time for the test, it showed my extra time on there (I asked for 100% extra time which makes it an 8 hr day!!)
Out of curiosity, why is it an 8-hour day with accommodations? I'm aware that 100% extra time is 70 minutes per section, which would amount to 4 hours and 40 minutes since there are four sections. Where does the rest of the time go? I'm asking because this is my first time taking the LSAT with similar accommodations and want to know what to expect on that day. Thank for your response.
Curious about this too - maybe breaks in between sections in addition to extra time? Can someone clarify? :)
I know they don't give you extra breaks, that a different accommodation that would have to be requested
8 hours?? that's wilddddd
I'm in Boston, I'll message you!
Hi all! If you haven't been added to the drive, check your dms— I think I reached out to all asking for emails to add to the google drive. I'll also post the link here for anyone interested, feel free to reach out with questions etc. I was going through some writers block, but finally have my first [very] rough draft done, and am excited to read everyones drafts as they get added in! We do have an email thread started as well, feel free to directly send me an email if you want to be added to that as well.
Here's the link to the drive, anyone with the link should be able to edit/add theirs in and add any other resources that you feel would help others(: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1hnaIQDR52Pl5KUbkvZFzP2BvogThFPss?usp=share_link
