I just got granted testing accommodations/ LSAC provided me with a letter— I am wondering if there is another step I am suppose to take (I'll be taking it in person in April)? Like do I just show up to the center with the letter, and they'll accommodate accordingly, or do I need to contact them ahead of time? I want to make sure that I have done everything for them to honor it/not sure what the next step is

You don't have to do anything. You show up to the test center and the accommodations for extra time are already added on to your exam.
