Yupp I did the same thing. that's the key word you have to catch to make this question a lot easier on yourself.
I like the idea. Count me in!
HI Aastha, are these classes geared towards beginner, intermediate, or advanced test takers?
I've been studying for over a year and I'm just a few points shy of my target. Wondering if this class would be the right fit for me or if I'm better off getting private tutoring. Thanks!
Just wanted to let you know, I'm going through the exact same thing. Waitlists and all. You're really not alone in this position :)
I'm feeling completely unmotivated to restart the studying process as I gave it my all in November and thought I'd have this behind me by now. It is definitely expected to feel disheartened after putting in SO much work during the last cycle.
But all we can do now is keep our head up, keep studying and working hard till we get into our target schools. Also, if it helps at all, some schools appreciate re-applicants as it shows that you're determined to study law. They understand the time and effort it takes to go through the application process. Good luck and feel free reach out if you need someone to talk to.
Count me in!
Yes, you can write it after. I did that for my August exam.
I went through a similar experience in August and cancelled my score immediately. I'm set to retake in November but got swept up in life since the August exam that I barely studied.
To anyone in a similar position: we've already put in countless hours and we still have more than 2 weeks to go. Finish strong and lets give it our all till then!
Interested! Great idea with the different channels on the discord
It isn’t showing, but if you click where it’s supposed to be it’ll still cross out the answer choice.
Looking forward to it
Like some people have already mentioned, I made the mistake in the beginning of trying to use the arrow keys to skip forward in the video only to have the whole page changed. But I got used to the 7sage shortcut now and I like and use it all the time.
For the shortcut, 7sage can either remove it or keep it the same.
Now was that an exclusive or, or an inclusive or? Who knows really.
A little late with the answer but hope it helps out anyway:
The last (two) sentences of the passage: "Positive evidence is never conclusive. But negative evidence rarely is either".
When the scientists couldn't accurately predict Uranus' orbit, they realized that (1) Newton's laws may be faulty and/or (2) their assumption that no other planet existed next to Uranus may not be accurate. In reworking their experiment, they amended assumption #2, redid the calculations using Newton's laws and that's how Neptune was discovered. They didn't re-evaluate Newton's laws because the experiment worked out.
That proves the last sentence of passage A in this way: Had negative evidence been conclusive, the scientists would've immediately recognized that Newton's Laws were at fault once the initial experiment failed. But the fact is that they didn't, and it eventually came to light that the laws were not accurate. Therefore, in this case at least, negative evidence was not conclusive.
