Has anyone made a cheat-sheet with some of the 'rules' or what to look for with the questions stems? Since there are few that are a little confusing, and some for which i cannot find precise 'rules' from or what to look for, I was wondering if anyone out there had made one.

Still unsure of how it works in the US, as in maybe I can have the option to withhold their actual review of the app before the December LSAT grades are out, or is completed at least. clueless

If you're using the 7sage application, you might have accidentally reduced the time to say 30 minutes on the part that says Speed, which will then bring your time back by 5 minutes.

You can change the speed anywhere from 35 to 28 minutes, but it still tells you when you have 5 minutes left.

I was curious to know if anyone has any official understanding of the process behind applying to schools when you're taking the December LSAT.

I have taken the September LSAT and retaking in December - Should i wait until the day after i take the test to send my applications? Or can they be sent earlier, while they wait for my December LSAT grades?

Do all schools ensure you that they will not view your application until the December LSAT is submitted?

any clarification would be greatly appreciated!

Who said/what proves that Acme Engines was aware of the potential dangers? What if it wasn't aware of the dangers until after the crash?

I think answer choice E should have said "an indication that Acme engines MAY have been aware"..

The reason is because what if they had not been aware of the potential dangers, but immediately took action to prevent this from occurring again, while STILL trying not to accept blame for the wreck by saying it was an "inconvenience".

They are still guilty of lying as to not be liable for the wreck (still liable even if ignorant of a safety hazard), but maybe not aware of the potential dangers and guilty of discovering and solving a safety hazard way too late

Thank you both! This does clear things up, and i plan on doing what jayswims said, making a generic statement and maying amending small details for the schools im really pressing for.

The process of choosing the right schools to apply to is what im preoccupied with since i'm not sure where exactly my december score will land, but LSAC seems like its going to make things simpler for me by being able to easily send out applications

Question about law school applications

This may be a very general question but I hope someone can help summarize or advise on the process of applying through LSAC and to clear some confusion i'm having - Are there any schools that don't need or necessitate applying through LSAC...or do all schools accept/require you to apply through there?

Is my personal statement meant to be a general one that is sent to multiple schools through the LSAC process or one that can be tailored to each school? Because I am refining my school list and having my transcripts sent, I don't know what the next step looks like.

Any tips in general on the LSAC process from those who have already begun would be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

Is there a list of well known counselors/advisors one could decide from?

I surely agree that if any advantage can be gained from a counselor for something we are already investing a lot of time and money into, then ill take it, only i'd like to be sure its as valuable to me as 7sage is.

This question was the only PSA of Set 1 that I answered with complete ease, although it was a 'harder' question (being the 24th questions at times gives that away) due to two factors:

- the conclusion was very easy to identify

- the wrong answer choices were very obviously wrong and not applicable to the argument.

E is very tricky but the 'sometimes' does make it easier to eliminate. it seems they disagree at first glance of the answer.
