Answer choice B references chromosomal damage in general. We are specifically focussing on Chromosome 6 damage and not damage to all, most, or some types of chromosomes.
Another thing I noticed was the stimulus claims that there is cases where Chromosome 6 damage does not cause schizo, but answer choice B says schizo is caused by chromosomal damage, which is contradictory too and still incorrect.
The explanation was just no clear enough to show why D is incorrect.
Basically, answer choice D says: "Visual aids can be very useful in effectively teaching math skills (TRIANGLE), BECAUSE they generally allow vivid conceptualization of math principles (SQUARE)".
Just because the sentence structure is the same does not mean it shows the sufficient-necessary in the same way. Visual aids is the necessary in the first sentence because the use of "for, since, or because" introduces a sufficient condition.
so the first sentence is vivid conceptualization (SQUARE) ---> visual aids (TRIANGLE)
but the second sentence is visual aids (TRIANGLE) ---> therefore (/vivid conceptualization) difficult (/SQUARE)
when it should follow the structure of /vivid conceptualization ---> /visual aids to be correct.
Its playing on your confusion of sufficient and necessity, when the stimulus is already a confusion.
