So I had to diagram this, someone can correct me here but here's how I did it.

Believes in democracy -> wisdom

Elitist -> artwork is popular

__

C: Elitist --> /Believes in democracy

Then I thought ok I need to flip the top one to the contrapositive and I landed at:

/wisdom -> /believes in democracy

Elitist -> artwork is popular

__

C: Elitist --> /Believes in democracy

Therefore the assumption needs to chain artwork is popular -> /wisdom

and that's what B says.

I'd still be way over time but at least I'm landing on a right answer now. :)

I get so bungled by these double and triple negatives. I get it now.. they did not not change... Fooled me again LSAT.

@solomonchun lol I'm the opposite. I got it right but now am more confused. For SA I seem to find them intuitive but can't figure out the logic behind it.

Definitely struggling with the choose the BEST answer. I was between A and B but chose the wrong answer. I keep getting caught up on these drills with 2 or 3 potential correct answers and knowing how to decipher which one is "best" in the eyes of the writers.

@jennawiese I'm just hoping as I move through all the modules, the LSAT way of thinking will start to be more clear. I am getting a lot of drill questions wrong on the 'trap' type of answer

Gosh, when you spell it out like this and it seems so clear, and then I do a drill...

Boy, I did it once and got 1/5, retried a new set of questions and got 4/5. Neither time did I feel confident in my answers. After spending hours learning about conditional logic, a question set on assumptions just feels deflating.
