I thought the same thing at first and just reservedly answered A. But I think that I got mixed up by thinking that this question was saying that if you meet either of these conditions, the new department would not be funded. But the question is actually saying if you meet both conditions your department will not be funded. Since it only met one condition, the department will be funded. ig lol

I took Logic my second year of college and we used Goldfarb's deductive logic language to express everything. I think that is making it very difficult to make sense of LAWGIC because I want to reduce everything to the smallest possible detail.

I suppose I thought the tiger argument was the strongest because it was so simple. It looks like a simple conditional argument: if tigers can cause serious injuries to people, then not every mammal is suitable to keep as a pet. Maybe the Disney argument is stronger because it has more supporting statements than the tiger argument. I can see why the trash bin argument because it is somewhat speculative.
