I still don't understand how you figure out which condition is necessary and which is sufficient when you have your two statements. Can someone explain?

When they are saying being in the subset is enough (sufficient) to prove that you are also a member of the superset but not necessary, does this mean that you don't necessarily have to prove membership of the subset because it is already implied in a way? If what I said here makes any sense LOL

I find I am struggling to use the skills that we are being taught throughout the lessons to answer the questions! Does anyone have any tips on how to work on this? Or will it just come with time?
What I don't understand is how some could also mean all? Like wouldn't the claim have said "all" if that was the case?
