When thinking about the Kumar example, would it be considered a valid argument if worded "Kumar arrived more than 5 minutes late?" instead of explicity stating it was 17 minutes late?

Therefore, coke will make you sick

Drinking a lot of sugar drinks will kill you

therefore, drinking a lot of coke will kill you
