When can I write the Writing Sample? Just finished my exam. Can I to it tomorrow or later or it should be done strictly today?

You have to take it within a year of when you took the LSAT

@ woah what? They let you retake that soon!? Is that a real possibility? Because I don't want to wait until August...I feel like I'm going to lose it by then. Who should I email that about?

You can also still sign up for July test by phone and explain to them what happened

So for all of you that have taken the Flex, has anyone done the in-person LSAT? If so, which format would you take if you had the choice? and why?

I've taken both. I thought I would prefer the flex but honestly I preferred in person better. When there is a proctor staring at you the whole time, and 20 other kids taking the test, I felt much more focused. I didn't need to worry about whether someone would come in during my test in my room or whether something else would go wrong on my part during the Flex. I would recommend taking the in person exam

@, What is Keka?

It's a file retriever application necessary to download the file for them to access your computer.

Very curious: can you use control F on Proctor U (may be helpful for RC). Thanks

Drawing these rules into circles and sub-circles (like how JY did in the lesson about "some" was very helpful for me here.

Key inference here is that local (inner circle) is a subset of national (outer circle), that national entails both national and local, so, if you reject one you must reject the other as well. Defendant's claim is false bc he says she was able to reject one and not the other. But according to this rule, he can't.

Just finished the test. Please make sure your computer supports Keka. Mine did not and so I had to change computers (luckily I borrowed a friend's). Proctor was easy and didn't bother me. LR was very difficult for me, while LG and RC were fair. Would reccomend making sure you can get all the questions done in time and being flexible about skipping questions.

I think the easiest way to tell is if you call LSAC

If you're trying to improve speed, then my recommendation is that in the LSAT 1.5 months studying, whenever you do practice, you do it under the correct timed conditions. Sounds like you have the accuracy down, now you need the speed down. And how did you get the accuracy down? Through drilling and practicing sections and questions. This is exactly what you have to do for speed as well. So I would recommend that you begin everyday of studying with at least one timed section (or timed test, game, set of questions etc), then correct it, analyze where you were slower/faster. And then do practice based on this analysis (do I need to just keep drilling speed b/c I made dumb mistakes-->more timed sections). Do I need to to more detailed/slower review because I don't understand my mistakes-->accuracy/untimed practice. Hope this helps!

I didn't think the author was mistaking a sufficiency/necessity argument, but through process of elimination I got the right and answer and it makes sense. The author is assuming that his opponent is stating that luck in necessary for success, but that is not the case. The opponent is merrily saying that luck is sufficient for success. Because of this confusion, the author then refutes the statement.
