#help I understand why B is right, but with D) the first sentence of the stimulus says that jurors becaue they dont understand technical info are in no position to evaluate. Isnt it a reasonable assumption or MSS that jurors should then be chosen on basis of their technical expertise? In other words so that they can be in a position to evaluate?

How do you break down C) into logic? especially the sentence"it is clear that the company employed no system analyst in its marketing division at the time"

Can someone explain why C is wrong? In the case the "the people.." scope wasnt wrong, i dont get where it explcitly tells us those individuals cant tell pitches apart?
