Can someone explain why C is wrong? In the case the "the people.." scope wasnt wrong, i dont get where it explcitly tells us those individuals cant tell pitches apart?

#help I understand why B is right, but with D) the first sentence of the stimulus says that jurors becaue they dont understand technical info are in no position to evaluate. Isnt it a reasonable assumption or MSS that jurors should then be chosen on basis of their technical expertise? In other words so that they can be in a position to evaluate?
