I had a similar issue, and reached out to LSAC many times. My high school didn't have a university it directly used for the AP courses (usually it is a local community college); instead it uses College Board. Since my AP courses are on my main BA university's transcript, LSAC said that is good enough. If you know you high school uses a university to back the AP courses, than reach out to them.
I just switched over from the old website, and then main two aspects that aren't on the new website is the discussion at the bottom of lessons and having a study schedule that assesses my full time frame and where I should end at a certain week. I could be confused with the application, and don't know where to access it, but these were things I constantly checked. Please add these back if they aren't already included.
I get the point of this video, but she got a 171 on her first test?! It'd be wayyyyy more helpful to get an interview from someone who got a around a 140, gave up, then killed it once they got back into it.
