I am wondering if LSAC pushes the harder versions of the test to later dates. For instance, if there are three testing dates available for February's FLEX, would the harder version be seen during one of the later testing dates?

I reasoned that is has to be recent because otherwise these people would not be living in the totalitarian transition period. If it happened before they were born aka not recent, what are they bomoaning about? Having it be recent means it's impacting the people who are upset about it.
Given the short amount of time left until the January Flex, I'd like to efficiently use my time by taking PTs which will be most relevant to the January Flex. Which do you guys thinks will be most relevant?
@katerinaszylo703 Is the curve predetermined? I've heard someone mention that they use the two weeks before score release to see how people do and decide the curve based on that
