Ya applications have to be completely finalized by nov 1! If you submit with it saying pending then it just goes void.

@ said:

Pretty sure they all need to be submitted by the deadline of November 1st! I would email you reference to remind them of the deadline

Okay thank you so much I followed up with my references. Also do you know if it matters what order they are I have 3 my strongest refrence is my 3rd does that matter

sorry that might be a dumb question

there needs to be more application to real lsat questions for these logic lessons because just saying if A then B does not help to visualize what it actually means and how it can be applied when doing questions

Hi, I was in the same boat as you last week and I took the weekend off and it really helped me calm my brain. I did have moments where I felt like I was wasting time or started getting nervous but it really did help take it slow for like two days. What I am ending up doing, just a suggestion though, is to take October and if it doesn't go as planned just take november! I tend to get in my own head a lot but then I look at how much I'm Pting ang and get confidence again! Good luck on your studying!!!!

Thank you! I took a few days off and did some more practice and just scored well again on a PT so I think it was mental and the pressure of the test coming up, my confidence is defiently back up again so hoping for the best for oct and if not theres alwyas nov!

Ontario OLSAS Reference Question

Do our references have to have submitted the reference before NOV 1 or can I submit my applicaiton and still have their submission be pending? One of my references has still not completed it but it says viewed on my applicaiton.

Why do question 6 and 7 have the same stimulus

I am experiencing the exact same situation. I have been scoring pretty well since I started studying and now I just scored my lowest PT since my diagnostic. I used to get -5 on LR sections now im getting -11.I think the pressure of the october test coming up is making my performance drop and im overthinking answers. I am registered for the november test as well so maybe look into that

PT in two parts

Is there a way that I can take 2 sections of a PT and br and then take the next two after and br those. I don't like how i have to do all 4 sections before BR because as of right now i am trying to focus on accuracy not timing. Will i just have to make a drill with the two sections and do it that way? or can i make a practice test like that sorry if this is a dumb question

What is the difference in V2

I just started 7sage 2 weeks ago and Im already done 100% of the foundations and just strating LR but i just noticed that V2 has been changed to not include the LG which i wont need since im taking the Sept LSAT. Im wondering if i should start over on V2 or just skip to LR on V2. Is there a huge difference in the foundations. im also confused as to why i cant switch and keep my progress. is it worth it for me to switch

Probably stop studying, I was testing around 160s and a little higher and on test day got a 161. Let your brain rest, if anything just make sure you got a plan for test day, eat the right things get good sleep. But probably stop cramming in more drills and tests. It won’t be so helpful at this point. After your test you can reassess your study plan if you want to score higher based on your results. You got this let the work you’ve don’t go into effect.

Thank you I will just take it slow until my test day

Thank you @ that makes me feel better.

I have been studying since June full time and have been doing pretty well. My highest PT which was only about 3 weeks ago was a 160 which is what I am aiming to get for the real thing. However I am now seeing a huge decline in my scores and I am getting -8 and -11 on sections that I typically get -5. I am getting really stressed and discouraged considering the October test is in 2 weeks. I am also registered for November so i just don't know what I'm doing wrong and what to do about it now. Also , is it bad that I am going to take october and november back to back? Should i change my october test date to november and then take november and january instead? im getting overwhelmed.

My suggestion: Don’t sign up for the LSAT until you have already scored your goal score on your practice tests or are within striking distance (typically 1-4 points away) of your goal score. For example: If your goal score is a 160 and the last 4 test you’ve taken are a 159, 158, 161, 160, sign up and take it. However, if your last 4 tests are 148, 146, 149, 147, and you are hoping to get a 160, don’t sign up just yet. The LSAT registration deadline is typically two months ahead of the LSAT test date. Increasing your score by 1-4 points in two months is doable, however, increasing your score by 10+ points in two months is much harder. It is not impossible, but why waste money and a test attempt? You only have a limited number of tests you can take so don't waste them when you aren't close to your goal score. Preferably, you'll take it when you are ready and would only take the LSAT 1-2 times and be done with it.

Note: If money is not an issue. You can sign up anyway. Just be mindful of the test withdrawal date. You can withdraw from the LSAT days before the test is set to begin and it doesn’t count towards your attempts but there is no refund so you'll loose out the $200 you paid.

Thank you so much

honeslty the fact that the wrong AC is more popular than the right one i dont even care that i got this one wrong

I'm not sure what to do, I am planning on taking the September LSAT but I'm not sure ill be able to gauge how ready I am by the registration date. I would do the October LSAT but then I wont be able to see my score before the November registration deadline if I need to take it again. Maybe im not understanding how it works etc. but im just not sure if I should take it in october and then register for november wihtout knowing my score in case i didnt get the score i wanted or register for september but I wont know for certain how ready I am by the time we have to register

I think this question made me overthink so much because, maybe it's just me, but the analogy made no sense and i couldn't see how they were even trying to insinuate the same thing

This was the easier one of the passages on this PT yet I got 4 wrong on this one and 1 wrong for each of the others... always humbling

The Loophole and 7sage

For those who have read the loophole, should I finish the CC on 7sage before reading or integrate both. I bought The Loophole as an addition resource. I am almost done all the question types on 7sage and have about 60% left and was doing well with the questions types and picking them up really easily but now as I am reaching the last few question types I am starting to struggle a lot (Weaken and SA). I wonder if I should begin reading the loophole to help Or if I should just continue to finish the CC since I am 60% done and then once Ive gone over all the question types on 7sage and then read the loophole as supplementary material to help with my weak areas?

When I was doing this passage, it didn't feel that difficult but then I ended up only getting 2 of the questions right... not sure how to mitigate a difficult passage on the real test when its so unpredictable and worth so many questions per one passage

should i be doing PTS

Should I be doing PTs throughout doing the curriculum or just be doing drills and wait until I have finished all the curriculum and learned the question types before starting to PT. I don't want to be wasting time or resources doing PTs if it doesnt make sense to do them until ive finished the curriculum, or should I still be doing them regardless

The only reason I got this wrong was because them saying it was breaking patterns made me think that C was a trap answer where half is right but the other half is wrong so I disregarded it.... this PT is really discouraging me

I had ruled out C because it seemed like a trap answer where you think who cares if others had done similar.... this question killed me even in BR I didn't see it

I don't know why but this question was really hard even in BR I changed my answer and still got it wrong i think i couldn't even see the discrepancy and what they were trying to get at to even look for an answer in the AC
