Does anyone know what type of flaw this is?
#help (Added by Admin)
Appears to fall under the category of an "Error of Divsion" or "Confusing Part vs. Whole" fallacy.
Excellent Resource. It is extremely helpful for me to know what type of argument flaw you are dealing with when doing flaw questions. Thank you!
Does anyone know what specific argument flaw is being committed here? Also, can anyone break down why E is incorrect? This appeared to be a "Lack of Relevant Evidence" type of flaw to me and that is why I chose E.

I am having trouble as well. Hopefully, this gets fixed soon
Question 16 is a tough one. While choice E was explicitly stated in the passage, I can not figure out how to rule out choice A. Line 20 is VERY similar to choice A. Someone below suggested that it had to do with choice A mentioning the speed of replacement, however if something is of "limited capacity" that would certainly impact speed of regeneration. This just seems like a really dirty question.

I did not care for the explanation of why the trap answer choice (Choice C) was wrong on #15. If something is "old news" it certainly is not a "recent development." I think a better reason that it is wrong is that it focuses solely on "dances" instead of all "intertribal tendencies."
I also am stumped by question six. Choice C seemed perfect as I thought the "complementary themes" were the combination of heritage based and political images. Choice E did not stand out at all. I really do not understand what the LSAT writers were looking for here.

I understand how disheartening that must feel but don’t ever doubt for a second that you can make all the improvement in the world. I was one of the people that had to fight, scratch, and claw for every small improvement but now that I’m done with this exam I can breathe again. It’s not the score I wanted and it’s way below what I thought I would end this process with BUT I have also accepted that wherever I end up is exactly where I’m meant to be. I hope that when you’re ready that will be true for you as well. Keep fighting and good luck!
Thank you so much for your kind response, I really needed that. I am glad that the weight of this test is off of your back. You will do great, wherever you wind up at. If you can make it through this experience, you can overcome any mental hurdle in your path.
For those out there that drastically underperformed, you are certainly not alone. After a year of studying, and a lot of money spent, I ended up with a whopping 148. Seeing that score was one of the lowest moments of my life. However, it has only made me more determined to continue fighting. Some take to this test like a duck to water, and others have to fight, scratch, and claw for every small improvement.
I believe that Dec. 2nd is the deadline for the January test.
