For AC E, if there was another way to equally distribute power, then wouldn't the assumption that referendum = equal distribution of political power fall apart? Isn't it necessary to assume that this is the only way to equally distribute power for the conclusion to follow? im confused

#help why can't you just find the contrapositive for #3? Its an "If.. then" statement.
